On Thursday October 18, 2018 at 1844 hours the Dover Fire Department was alerted to a motor vehicle collision In the Capital Green neighborhood with a fire hydrant struck and actively spraying water, E5 arrived first on scene under the command of Deputy Chief Rhodes to find a single vehicle MVC with damage to a home and fire hydrant. Dover public works, R1, E2, A63, KM5, KM9 and city FM also made a response to the scene. Scene was turned over to the City Fire Marshall and Dover PD for investigation.
