Emergency Dial 9-1-1
On September 9, 2013 at 2056, the Dover Fire Department was dispatched for a motor vehicle collision, possible rollover, at the intersection of Bay Rd. and President Dr. Duty Officer Troubetaris was first on the scene to find a vehicle on its side with a subject trapped inside the vehicle. E4 was the first engine on scene and was directed to stabilize the vehicle and flap the roof. E3 and R1 arrived on scene and assisted with extrication. Crews were quickly able to remove the patient. They were transported to the local Trauma Center for evaluation. The scene was turned over to the Dover Police Dept. for investigation
