Working Trailer Fire

On February 15, 2014 at 1053, the Dover Fire Department was alerted for smoke coming from a trailer by a passer-by at 1101 S. Little Creek Rd. The Duty Officer car was first on scene under the direction of Asst Chief Hall to find a single-wide trailer with fire showing. E6 was first on scene, established a water supply and advanced a 1-3/4" attack line into the residence. E3 was next on scene and was directed to pull a second attack line and perform search and rescue.  R1 arrived on scene and secured utilities and assisted with overhaul. The primary and secondary searches were negative and the scene was placed under control and turned over to the State FMO for investigation. One firefighter was transported to the local Trauma Center for a laceration to the hand.
