On August 15, 2017 at 1455, the DFD was alerted for a motor vehicle collision with a subject trapped. E3, under the direction of FF Small was first on scene to find a two-vehicle collision with one subject trapped. The crew stabilized the vehicle and began extrication. E2 arrived on scene under the direction of Deputy Chief Rhodes who assumed Command. Crews successfully removed both driver’s side doors and the “B” post. Two subjects were transported by EMS to the local Trauma Center for evaluation and two refused treatment. The scene was placed under control and turned over to Dover Police for investigation.
