Emergency Dial 9-1-1
On January 12, 2013 at 1226, the Dover Fire Department was dispatched for a motor vehicle collision (MVC) with subjects trapped. The vehicle was reported overturned with one subject trapped. Chief West was first on scene to find a two-vehicle MVC with one subject trapped. E7, returning from a training scenario, arrived on scene and began vehicle stabilization and extraction. E6 and E3 arrived on scene and crews assisted with the operation. The patient was extricated and transported to the local Trauma Center. The scene was turned over to Dover PD.
