Working Fire - N. New St

On April 6, 2013, at 1020, the Dover Fire Department was dispatched for a working fire at 12 N. New Street. Chief West was first on scene to find a two-half story, single family residence with fire smoke from a window on the ā€œDā€ side. E4 was the first engine on scene, secured a water source, and advanced a 1-3/4ā€ attack line through the front door of the residence. E7 arrived on scene and performed search and rescue. The fire was quickly extinguished and contained to the room of origin. The fire is being investigated by the City FMO.
