On April 27, 2013 at 0921, the Dover Fire Department was alerted for a motor vehicle collision into a structure at 1030 S. Dupont Hwy. Capt Smetana was first on scene in the Command Car to find a passenger vehicle well into a structure. E4 arrived and was assigned to stabilize the vehicle and secure power to the structure. The subject was removed from the vehicle by EMS personnel on scene and transported to the local Trauma Center. The vehicle was secured and the scene was turned over to the City FMO and Building Inspector.
