Chief Carey, Asst. Chief David Carey, Asst. Chief Mark Hall, Captain Ben Smetana, Capt. Bill Kelly, and Asst. To the Fire Chief, Patrick Smith took a walking tour of the Garrison Oak project today. The officers, along with personnel from Keverna, toured the site and learned of many obstacles that the fire department may face with any type of incident that may happen at the site ranging from a small dumpster fire to a high angle rescue at 140 feet. The fire department will be conducting a drill sometime in the future to work on the different challenges we may face.
