To request a fire report please provide the following information:
  • Date of Incident
  • Approximate Time of Incident
  • Location of Incident
  • Name of the property owner(s) (if known)
  • Requestor’s signature on a document requesting the report
  • Self-addressed, stamped envelope
  • Check or money order for $75
 
This can also be done by visiting Dover Fire Station 1, at 103 S Governors Ave Dover, DE 19904, Mon-Fri 8am to 4pm — Check, Money order, or cash ($75)
