Jack T. Roe

Jack held the position of Fire Chief (Jan 1963-Dec 1965), Deputy Chief (Jan 1961-Dec 1962) and 2nd Asst. Chief (Jan 1956-Dec1960). Jack was the first Mascot of the Robbins Hose Company No. 1 (1941) and the first Fire Marshal for the City of Dover, a position he held for 30 years. He was the first Fire Chief from Delaware to become the President of the Eastern Division, International Association of Fire Chiefs in 1969.
