On the evening of July 17th, several members of our department attended the graduation ceremony of the Delaware State Fire School's Summer Firefighter I & II Accelerated Fire Academy. Each Graduate completed an impressive 176 hours of combined classroom instruction and hands-on training. We are proud to recognize Dover Firefighters Chrissy Brode (who is also a member of Harrington Fire Company), Evelyn Marrs and Ethan DuPont, who successfully earned their National Pro Board Firefighter I & II, Vechicle Rescue Operations & Technician, Hazardous Materials Awarness & Operations Level Certificates. The Officers and Members of the Dover Fire Department extend their congratulations to not only our three firefighters but congradualtions to the entire class.
