On Friday, September 19th at approximately 6:42 PM, firefighters responded to a motor vehicle collision with entrapment near Leipsic Road and Persimmon Tree Lane. Upon arrival, crews discovered a two-vehicle accident with three patients—one of whom was heavily entrapped. 
The trapped patient was extricated, and two individuals were transported to nearby hospitals. The third patient declined medical treatment on scene. 
Crews remained on scene for about an hour and 20 minutes.
