On Tuesday, February 10th, the Dover Fire Department conducted joint Ice Rescue training with our neighboring departments.
Rescuers practiced how to maneuver safely while utilizing specialized equipment to remove victims who had fallen through the ice.
Approximately 40 firefighters trained together from Camden, Dover, Little Creek, Hartly, and the Kent County Special Operations Water Team.
