Emergency Dial 9-1-1
On Sunday, December 31, 2023, Squad 1, Squad 2, Engine 2, St. Francis and Kent County EMS along with Kent County Special Ops were dispatched to Hopkins Avenue for a vehicle into the Structure with a subject trapped. On arrival crews found a male patient in the vehicle who was assisted from the wreckage. Kent County Special Ops shored the residence for stability. Scene turned over to the City Fire Marshals Office.
