Emergency Dial 9-1-1
On Tuesday, January 16th, Squad 1, Squad 2, Engine 2, St Francis and Kent County EMS responded to a motor vehicle accident rollover with a subject trapped at Forrest Avenue and Independence Blvd. On arrival the subject has self-extricated from the vehicle and refused treatment by EMS. Units were on scene approximately 30 minutes.
